About
Seychell Plumbing is a South Australian commercial plumbing contractor delivering complex installations, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance for builders, developers, and government clients. We are engaged on projects where compliance, programme, and quality of finish are non-negotiable.
The business was founded in 2016 by Aidan Seychell, following a career that began with Seychell Constructions — a specialist contractor delivering government gas infrastructure. That background shaped how the business operates today: disciplined planning, rigorous documentation, and the expectation that every installation can withstand close audit.
Our team of licensed tradespeople, project supervisors, and administrators is built around a single operating principle — get the detail right the first time. We integrate cleanly with builder programmes, communicate openly through every stage of delivery, and stand behind our work long after handover.

Project Delivery Approach
Planning & Pre-Construction
We begin every project with a thorough review of drawings, specifications, and site conditions. Where appropriate, we provide constructability input, value engineering options, and early identification of long-lead items. Shop drawings, ITPs, and SWMS are issued ahead of mobilisation.
Installation
Our supervisors integrate with the builder’s site management to keep hydraulic services aligned with the master programme. We coordinate proactively with structural, electrical, mechanical, and fire trades to prevent clashes and minimise rework. Daily diaries, inspection records, and progress photography are maintained throughout.
Commissioning & Handover
All systems are pressure-tested, flushed, disinfected (where applicable), and commissioned in accordance with manufacturer and code requirements. We provide a full handover pack — compliance certificates, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty documentation, and asset registers — formatted to suit the principal’s requirements.
Defects & Aftercare
Defects are managed by the original delivery team to ensure continuity and speed of resolution. Many of our builder clients retain us beyond DLP for ongoing preventative and reactive maintenance.
